Dave Bell, the town’s building inspector, has confirmed that the town has issued building permits for the George Hotel and Residences.
Developer Klaus Fuerniss would not say when ground will be broken. “We still have a few small issues to resolve. Hopefully we will start building soon, before or after the rainy season.”
He declined to elaborate on the issues still to be resolved.
